My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of visiting your hotel September 29 trough October 2, 2010. We are so pleased that we chose your wonderful hotel as our base for visiting Quebec.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with courtesy and kindness that made us feel very welcomed in your city. When we saw our accomodations, we were thrilled with the comfort, size and cleanliness of our rooms. The computer in our room was a magnificient convenience. The laudry facility was spotless and very updated. The coffee machine and glass fireplace in the lobby were a bonus that we did not expect. And the breakfast was deliciously appealing.
Thank you so very much for the opportunity to get to meet your staff. I did not get the name of the gentleman who checker us in but he was very professional. I did however; later get names so that those staff members can be thanked accordingly. At the front desk Gabrielle, Linda and Jennifer were consistenly polite and informative. Michelle made sur our breakfast were perfectly presented. Housekeeping was invisible but I knew by the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms that they were always present.

Thanks to the staff of the Hotel Le Dauphin and the Milot family, I will be coming back to Quebec city with the rest of my family after the winter.

I recently stayed at the Dauphin with a group of 39 high school/college students. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, the rooms are spacious, clean and have BEAUTIFUL bathrooms. The continental breakfast was always enjoyable. Upon leaving the hotel I left a bag in my room containing a pair of shoes I had purchased in Quebec! I called the hotel the following day, the searched for the shoes and located them in the recycling area (cleaning staff thought the bag contained an empty box). The called me the next day to tell me they were shipping the shoes out to me! Incredibly accommodating and a level of service you don't often see today! I would highly recommend the hotel.

We spent 5 nights at your hotel. Loved the cotton bedding and bamboo flooring, great for my son's allergies. The room were very clean and had everything you needed, the hotel was very quiet, so we always got a great night's rest. The hotel staff are awesome, very helpful and patient with all of our questions and help with directions. The above average free breakfast is very convenient and healthy. The computer in every room with free internet was great, especially with a teenager!
